Another unusual venue found by The Boat Race Company for the 2016 Boat Races Crew Announcement and Weigh In - the Francis Crick Institute in Kings Cross.

The Francis Crick Institute, a registered charity, is a biomedical discovery institute dedicated to understanding the fundamental biology underlying health and disease.

It's only the third year that the Women's Boat Race Crew Announcement happens together with the men's event, with the Women's Boat Race now on the Tideway, and not at Henley-on-Thames. The Women's Boat Race will be covered live by the BBC and, a bit later, on this website!
